The brawl that ended Impact continues on ReAction. The brawl begins to calm down a bit until Fortune and EV2 go back at it as the four tournament contenders stand in the ring, while the announce team go on a profanity tirade about Fortune and their actions.
A video package highlighting tonight’s ReAction show is aired as we head into the ReAction intro. Tommy Dreamer is then seen looking for AJ Styles around in the back as we head into a commercial break.
A package highlighting the TNA World Championship situation is aired as we hear from Kurt Angle, who says a vacated title creates controversy but it had to happen and TNA went the right way with holding the tournament. Angle then talks about Jeff Hardy and how he is only as good as his competitor. As for Mr. Anderson, Angle says he doesn’t trust him or what he says. Angle then continues with D’Angelo Dinero and says that he will be the future of TNA and believes he will be a champion sooner or later.
Rhino is with the docu-cam and says he has known Tommy Dreamer for years and that if he says he is going to kick AJ Styles’ ass, then he will kick AJ Styles’ ass. He says that he doesn’t want to miss it and he feels the camera crew won’t want to miss it either.
Tommy Dreamer is continuing on his quest to find AJ Styles as we head into the next video package that focuses on the tension between Fortune and EV2.
Douglas Williams says he has dealt with a bunch of high flying morons and now he has to deal with a bunch of bingo hall backyard garbage fighters and calls them a joke. Williams says he tries to bring an art form back to wrestling but EV2 brings that down. The video focuses on Sabu and Williams going at it during Impact. Williams calls Sabu the forerunner of what the X Division is today and says that style of wrestling does not work against him.
Abyss is seen talking about how “their” plan is going smoothly and how he plans to continue paving the way for them by destroying Rhino, Tommy Dreamer, Jeff Hardy and Rob Van Dam. Rhino still wonders who “they” may be and if it is Fortune as they clam to be. Rhino continues by saying that EV2 was supposed to have their night to say their goodbyes but people started to become assholes about it. Williams sees it another way and thinks that they didn’t need to come out again after the show.
The FBI talks about losing to Beer Money and says that they will not be used as stepping stones and they will get back at Beer Money at another time. Beer Money, on the other hand, thinks that everyone can take a back seat to Fortune and how they took out a couple of boys in the ring tonight. Williams finally concludes the package by saying wrestling is a sport and there are rules and Tommy Dreamer needs to learn to abide by the rules.
Stevie Richards talks about AJ Styles and how Tommy Dreamer will take him out once he gets his hands on him. Richards then warns Fortune that they will get their revenge after receiving the worst beating that any of them has ever gotten, Richards especially sends this warning to Styles.
Eric Bischoff talks about the World Championship tournament and how the four will compete in a tag team match just three days before No Surrender. Bischoff says it is controversial but overcoming obstacles and adversity is what becoming a champion is all about.
Mr. Anderson says he came to TNA to win championships and that is what he will do. D’Angelo Dinero says he doesn’t understand why the four are in a match together next week but thinks it can jeopardize his chances at winning TNA gold for the first time. Jeff Hardy says he is upset over it but he will walk through it and keep on. Hulk Hogan talks about putting all four in this match to put them through a test to see who the champion should be.
Angelina Love and Velvet Sky talks about Madison Rayne and her motorcycle bodyguard and say what happened tonight is only the beginning of what the two will do to them. Madison Rayne admits that the Beautiful People got the better of them this week but they will get their revenge. Velvet also issues a warning to wannabes (ahem… LayCool) saying that they will never be as good as the Beautiful People.
Generation Me are this week’s Impact Players of the Week as we are treated to some highlights of their great match against the Motorcity Machine Guns. The two say they look up to the Guns and says it was an honor to be in the ring with them. The two talk about being drug free and that they are there to put a positive spin on professional wrestling. Footage of their past in the independent scene is aired and how they always knew they wanted to get into wrestling and now they are living a dream.
Footage from Xplosion is aired where Desmond Wolfe and Magnus defeated Ink Inc. to become the number one contenders to the tag team titles. Wolfe says the Motorcity Machine Guns are a great team but they better be ready for them.
Hulk Hogan says that RVD got wiped out and they need to find a champion that can carry the company and is deserving of the title. Angle says that the match on Impact is critical and he will need to step up and study his competition.
Jeff Jarrett talks about Samoa Joe and asking him to stand by his side but Samoa Joe says he wants nothing to with the King of the Mountain. Joe says that he says Jarrett talked about people being selfish but the first three years he was around, Jarrett was a tyrant. Jarrett, on the other hand, feels that he has done a lot for the young guys, including Joe, who he picked out from the independent scene. Joe says he doesn’t care if they are from Fortune, EV2, Hogan, or anyone, people who stand in his way will be hurt.
Next week Fortune will go up against EV2 in an 8-man tag team match where Mick Foley says he and Ric Flair are not natural enemies but if they are forced into a situation there will be a confrontation. Fortune is then seen leaving the dressing room but AJ Styles sticks behind as he gets a phone call. Tommy Dreamer then sneaks into the room and begins beating him down as ReAction comes to a close.
