There have been many roster moves of note happening within TNA today, with Sting, Sean Morley, and Roxxi all being mentioned. Both Morley and Roxxi have been removed from TNA’s roster page and Dixie Carter posted a note about Sting’s contract status on Twitter.
Dixie Carter posted on Twitter that she spoke with Sting last night and renewed his contract. She also wrote that he wouldn’t miss Monday’s live show for anything and that he cannot wait to work with Hulk Hogan. By the sound of it, we will be seeing both Sting and Rob Van Dam on Monday night’s show. Of course, seeing Sting could just mean we see him looking down from the rafters.
As for Sean Morley, he posted a message on Facebook stating that he was done with TNA and is heading to Mexico to wrestle for CMLL. Morley wrote that he wanted to work for both, but with TNA moving to Monday nights and not having much for him to do, he decided to just work for CMLL. Morley was featured in last night’s broadcast in which he defeated Jeff Jarrett in a falls count anywhere match that took place in a bathroom.
It has been said that Roxxi was working with a short term deal in TNA, so it is possible the deal is through. Roxxi hasn’t done much since suffering a broken ankle during a New Year’s Knockout Eve semi-final tournament match against Hamada. She was booked for an independent show for this weekend but had to cancel as her ankle hasn’t fully healed.
