Webmatch: Eric Young vs. Chris Sabin
Chris Sabin is accompanied to the ring by the new X Division Champion, Alex Shelley. The bell rings and EY and Sabin go back and forth in the opening moments with a series of counters before Sabin lands a few kicks that sends Young out to the floor.
EY comes back into the ring and Sabin continues on the attack and wears his opponent down. Sabin tries for a springboard move but Young ducks out of the way and comes back with a flurry of offense before picking up a two count on Sabin. Sabin, however, follows by driving his knee into Young’s midsection and then hits a tornado DDT for a two count.
Sabin continues to work over EY until he tries to float over Young in the corner and ends up on his shoulders. Alex Shelley hops on the apron to help his partner and holds Young but EY escapes from his grip and Sabin nearly runs into his partner. Young then rolls up Sabin from behind and scores the pin fall before Shelley can get into the ring to break it up.
Eric Young retreats to the floor to celebrate his victory as the Motorcity Machine Guns sit in the ring with a look of disbelief on their faces. A cross the line video package highlighting Jeff Jarrett is aired as this Xplosion Xclusive webmatch comes to a close.
